The Canadian business is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its growing legal team and serve as the primary legal resource for Canadian operations while partnering closely with the Group’s international legal department based in France.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support during the preparation of commercial bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Analyze contractual and financial risks and develop practical mitigation strategies.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including works contracts, subcontracting agreements, collaboration agreements, joint venture agreements, and other project-related contracts.
