We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join Almirall on a temporary basis as In-house Corporate Governance Counsel Associate Director.
The role will focus on providing legal advice and support on corporate governance matters, whilst staying current with evolving legal regulations to guide the organization in maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
 

Reporting to the Senior Director Legal & Corporate Governance, this person will be working closely with the legal and compliance function within the General Counsel Area, as well as with other key company stakeholders and external advisors as applicable to ensure robust governance practices aligned with laws and company policies.
