Responsibilities
- Manage networks and nodes within the IMS domain for 2.5G, 3G, and 4G networks (SIP, H323, IMS/IMT, VoLTE, VoWiFi)
- Use and build dashboards to discover issues and patterns
- Follow communication procedures for internal and external incident handling
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, security audits, and emergency response
- Undertake fault handling and corrective actions at node, service, and infrastructure levels
- Handle project activities including implementing new IMS E2E service functionalities
- Provide 7x24 monitoring shift coverage including on-call support
- Perform Wireshark tracing of critical infrastructure to debug issues
- Verify and implement configuration changes and process improvements
