In this position, you’ll work closely with a dedicated team to facilitate timely cargo release and arrange necessary import services. With a focus on communication and documentation, you’ll play a key role in keeping clients informed throughout the import process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate booking reports with clients and overseas partners
• Facilitate cargo importation, including customs clearance
• Update Emanifests with necessary sublocation information
• Manage arrival notices from overseas offices
• Track shipments and inform customers about changes
