Import / Export Logistics Coordinator (Tijuana)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels.
• Report necessary information to SAT and manage IMMEX inventories and discharges.
• Submit and receive documents for import/export to and from the US.
• Work closely with our customs broker to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
• Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure timely deliveries and proper loading/unloading.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Lead and train warehouse staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics supervision.
• Experience with SAT reporting and IMMEX program.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum, C1 preferred).
