Position: Import & Export Leader
We are seeking an Import & Export Leader responsible for managing and ensuring compliance of the company's foreign trade operations, while guaranteeing the proper execution of imports and exports and optimizing logistics, fiscal, and customs processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee import and export operations (raw materials, finished goods, assets, and components)
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws
Manage key documentation such as certificates of origin, COVE, customs entries (pedimentos), among others
Coordinate shipments with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers
Track shipments to prevent delays or customer line stoppages
Manage and control inventories under foreign trade programs (IMMEX or similar)...
