As an Implementation Manager, you will guide clients from kickoff to go‑live, combining project coordination, product understanding, and clear communication to create trust early in the customer journey and lay the foundation for long‑term customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. You will be part of our Professional Services environment, working closely with colleagues across teams to deliver smooth onboarding experiences and continuously improve how we implement our solutions.
