Implementation Lead, Personalization & CDP

Braintrust is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia, to oversee the deployment and integration of personalization and customer data platform (CDP) capabilities. This role involves partnering with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to optimize customer data foundations and personalize customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, strong CDP tool knowledge, and a deep understanding of identity resolution and audience segmentation strategies. Collaborative work in Agile environments is essential.
