Implementation & Customer Success Consultant

Menlo Ventures is seeking a Track Implementation Consultant to guide customers from initial engagement through project delivery. In this role, you will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring clients adopt the platform effectively. You will lead product demonstrations, conduct training sessions, and maintain project health through data tracking and process optimization.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant engineering fields and 1+ years in related roles.
