Implementation Consultant (WFS)

Locations: Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal or Halifax

Hybrid: 3 days onsite/week

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in WorkForce Software Implementation

3–5 years of programming experience, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL

Experience configuring, mapping, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software applications

Strong experience leading requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and maintaining BRDs, use cases, and process diagrams

Ability to analyze business processes, system interfaces, and recommend optimized solutions

Experience with system testing (unit and system testing) and validation of requirements

Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
