Key Responsibilities

Create client solutions and reports using microsoft power platform, dynamics 365, power automate, and power bi.

Manage data migration and transition from legacy software to Morningstar systems.

Maintain accurate crm records for centralized client oversight.

Track new implementations and collaborate with internal teams for releases and bau transition.

Lead new client onboarding, identify challenges, and define transition roadmaps.

Deliver initial and ongoing system training to client back-office teams either face-to-face or remotely.

Experience & Attributes

Experience with microsoft dynamics 365 is highly recommended.

Familiarity with crm, data analysis, data migration, and financial advice processes.

Proven technical implementation and project management skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
