Your Role
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to help enhance our training efforts across our suite of products. The role focuses on key professional customers in the Ita-Meds, Balkans & Middle East regions, acting as a subject matter expert for analysis products such as Sportscode to level up users.
- Strong communication: continually push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on short and long-term goals.
- Customer education: take the initiative to understand a customer’s workflows and ensure they are set up for success with our products.
- Voice of the customer: understand elite customers’ needs, provide product feedback and work closely with customers to exceed expectations.
- Collaboration: work with Support, Sales and Education to surface customer insights and execute strategy for training and onboarding.
