Implementation Consultant (Barcelona)

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Implementation Services and Customer Success Team.

Reporting to the ‘Manager, Customer Success’, you will be responsible for successful implementations of Converis, Clarivate Analytics’ Research Information Management System. You will be involved in all aspects of the Converis project lifecycle including participating in pre-sales activity, implementation, and post-project analysis.

The ability to analyze customer needs and create detailed specifications, project and product documentation is a critical part of successful Converis implementations.
