This role supports operations in Seville, Spain as an Implementation Associate, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of Solera’s software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in migrating from their legacy estimating platforms to Qapter, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, generate SOWs to ensure consistency and successful implementation of Solera’s software solutions.
• Develop and maintain implementation documentation, including user guides and project plans.
• Become a subject-matter expert on the product suite to advise customers on best workflows and configurations to meet their needs and add value.
