Implementation Analyst – Mid-level

Responsibilities

• Responsible for onboarding new clients.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Technology teams.
• Main point of contact between the client and the company.
• Lead requirements‑gathering meetings.
• Advise clients on business rules.
• Perform system parameterization and configuration.
• Carry out detailed clinic configurations.
• Execute configuration changes, testing and acceptance.
• Validate system integrations.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze metrics and propose optimizations.

Requirements

• Technical‑functional experience and knowledge.
• Prior experience in the healthcare market.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with system implementation and configuration.
