Job Responsibilities

• Lead or support the development of a privacy impact assessment for an interactive website, including user account setup, email collection, public display name usage, classroom enrollment, and access codes.
• Ensure the program complies with all applicable legal, policy, and regulatory requirements, OPS policies, directives, standards, guidelines, and Fair Information Practices.
• Produce a final Privacy Impact Assessment report covering the website and associated business processes.
• Create a data flow map or inventory documenting account setup, classroom enrollment, public display names, teacher and student workflows, and any collection, use, disclosure, storage, or processing of personal information.
