Immigrant Services Gateway Planner Role

Reporting to the Team Lead, you will assist newcomers in navigating their settlement process. This role encompasses evaluating client needs, creating personalized plans, and conducting orientation and educational workshops. You will also provide necessary language support and advocate for clients when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients through culturally sensitive settlement support
• Develop and implement individualized plans for newcomers
