Immeubles Renaud is hiring a Custodian to ensure excellent upkeep of their facilities. You will carry out essential cleaning duties, including washing and waxing floors, along with light maintenance tasks like repairs and painting. Experience can be beneficial for this position, but it is not mandatory. This job requires on-site presence, so remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors and stairways
• Wash windows, clean walls, and ceilings
• Perform minor repairs on appliances as required
• Conduct regular maintenance tasks like painting
• Handle drywall repairs as needed
