Requirements
- Fresh graduate or final year student from any major (preferred: Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology)
- Interest in industrial HR, especially in coaching and building talent development programs for a food manufacturing company
- Agile over perfection, structured, communicative, self‑driven, and highly willing to learn new things
- Excellent data collection, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; capable of leading discussions between stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (minimum Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Additional point: visualization skills using Canva, Power BI, or other visualization and illustration tools
- Good proactiveness in organizations, extracurricular activities, internships, or business case competitions
