This role requires you to conduct regular inspections and audits, coach employees on industry best practices, and engage in incident investigation to understand root causes. You will also monitor risk reduction strategies and document compliance-related actions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with operational staff to promote safety
• Identify and report unsafe practices
• Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks
• Facilitate compliance audits and inspections
• Maintain regulatory and environmental documentation
Requirements:
• BA/BS in safety, science, or engineering
• 3-5 years of Health & Safety experience
