IEFP Internship: Receptionist/Host

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and customer-focused trainee to join our team as a Receptionist through an IEFP professional internship.

If you enjoy working with people, have an interest in hospitality, and want to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, we would be pleased to meet you.

What we're looking for:

• No previous experience required
• Interest in hospitality, customer service, and front-office operations
• Good communication skills, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and daily routines
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory); other languages are a plus

Key responsibilities:

• Support check-in/check-out procedures
• Assist with online and telephone reservations
• Learn to use reservation and property management software
