Overview
IEEngineer on our team, you'll be part of a collaborative group responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime across all systems; working closely with other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and proactively identify potential network vulnerabilities, while staying current with emerging network technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support platform strategies, migration plans, and technical assistance for low to high level complexity projects.
- Tests and evaluates systems to eliminate problems and make improvements.
- Prepares Operational Support procedures and contributes to knowledge transfer to the Systems Operations to ensure a smooth onboarding of new deployments.
