Lead and drive the sales performance of LG’s IT and Information Display (ID) product lines by managing a team of sales executives, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and market growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Identify new business opportunities in corporate, B2B, and key accounts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
  • Drive pipeline development and conversion across IT/ID products (monitors, digital signage, LED, etc.)
  • Lead, coach, and supervise IT/ID sales team members
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team
