Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Identify new business opportunities in corporate, B2B, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Drive pipeline development and conversion across IT/ID products (monitors, digital signage, LED, etc.)
- Lead, coach, and supervise IT/ID sales team members
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team
