Identity Management Consultant (Winnipeg)

An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead to support the IAM readiness work for the provincial CIS initiative. The role will focus on understanding the current IAM environment, identifying gaps that could affect CIS adoption, and helping plan and execute the changes needed to ensure a secure and reliable access model for go‑live and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Current‑State Review: Document existing identity sources, authentication models, access workflows and role structures across partner organisations.
• Gap Identification: Assess where current IAM processes, technologies and governance may not meet CIS requirements.
• Planning & Road Mapping: Develop clear plans to address gaps, sequencing work across project, vendor and internal teams.
• Facilitation & Alignment: Bring together clinical, technical, operational and security stakeholders to confirm decisions, align expectations and resolve issues.
