We are looking for experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Support Engineers to join our 24/7 Operations Support Team. In this role, you will provide production support, incident management, and troubleshooting for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Secrets Management solutions.
If you have strong IAM technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and are willing to work rotating US shifts, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 operational support for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
Monitor enterprise IAM systems and proactively identify operational issues.
Support SailPoint IdentityIQ, CyberArk, and Secrets Management technologies.
