Managed Services Europe team .
Role Overview
In this role, you will provide both 2nd and 3rd level support for
IAM
platforms based on
Omada Identity. Additionally, you will manage day‑to‑day support operations, troubleshoot technical issues, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement and stability of our customers’ IAM systems.
