Identity Access Management Officer

Main Purpose of the Job

The IAM Officer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of identity and access management solutions across the organization. This role ensures secure, scalable, and seamless access to applications, process automation and IAM governance.

The role also provides oversight and governance of IAM managed service providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

• IAM Strategy & Leadership
  • Lead IAM initiatives covering internal, customer identity and privileged access management
  • Establish IAM architecture, roadmap, and standards across identity and privileged access domains
