Role Overview

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer - Ping Identity (m/f/d). Work on-site in Madrid or Barcelona, or flexibly remote within Spain.

Responsibilities

• Operate, administer, and continuously enhance IAM systems, focusing on Ping Identity solutions.
• Manage and maintain Ping Identity components in on-premise or hybrid infrastructures.
• Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Manage access control policies, authentication flows, and integrations, particularly using PingAM.
• Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools.
• Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in accordance with change management best practices.
• Collaborate closely with customer teams to improve processes, performance, and system reliability.
