About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Idealease General Manager to lead the overall performance, growth, and profitability of our Full-Service Lease (FSL) and Rental operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving profitability targets, leading sales and service teams, developing strategic business plans, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
This leadership position requires a strong business operator who can balance sales growth, financial performance, customer retention, asset management, and employee development while maintaining a culture of teamwork and accountability.
