About the Role
We're looking for an ICT Executive / ICT Support Technician who is passionate about IT support and infrastructure work.
The role is based in Penjuru (West) with periodic deployment to customer sites.
Job Scope
PaperCut deployment and troubleshooting
Provide PaperCut user training (onsite), and remote support via phone and TeamViewer
Manage IT infrastructure-related projects and services
Maintain and proactively improve the company's IT infrastructure including PCs, servers, network devices, printers, photocopiers, IPPBX, CCTV, etc.
