Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a ICT Support Officer on a 2 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
JOB PURPOSE
Support the delivery of effective ICT Services across Sefton, working in partnership with both Services and the Managed ICT Service Provider
MAIN DUTIES
- Support the Service Delivery Lead to effectively manage the delivery of the operational ICT Service, to ensure that this delivers key Council Outcomes and offers value for money
- Review, interpret and validate ICT performance data against key performance indicators and supporting management information provided by the Managed Service Provider
- Monitor any ICT incidents and ensure effective communication of risks and issues to all stakeholders
