ICT Procurement Associate (GS)

Introduction
Established in 1951, IOM is a related organization of the United Nations and the leading UN agency in the field of migration. IOM works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non‑governmental partners to promote humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. The ICT Procurement Associate reports to the Director, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and the Head, Resources Management, and works in close collaboration with ICT project managers and IOM business units.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating procurement activities for the ICT Department by supporting the review and consolidation of purchase requisitions, organization of bidding processes, evaluation support, and follow‑up on purchase orders through to delivery and payment.
