Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for Managed Network Services (MNS) and equipment maintenance.
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and ensure quote alignment.
- Perform price comparisons and margin analysis to ensure competitive positioning.
- Maintain records of all issued quotes and track conversion rates within the CRM.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and tender requests related to maintenance services.
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role.
- Understanding of basic networking products and maintenance service levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic calculations.
