ICT Infrastructure Engineer (Network)

Roles & Responsibilities

Part of a team that is responsible for the Network Services Management team and supporting Datacenter, Campus, Remote Offices and Public Cloud Network.

This is a technical hands‑on role in the Network Services Management team:

• Lead network deployment projects, ensuring timely and successful implementation of network solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and third‑party providers for Solution Architecture, Equipment procurement and installation.
• Provide Tier‑3 support for Network & Security related issues and participate in a rotating Network Operations on‑call schedule, including weekends, supporting a multi‑vendor network for Enterprise Network.
• Create, maintain and review High Level Design, Low Level Design & Operational practices across the teams.
• Drive efficiencies through Automation.
