**ICT Engineer**:
Role:
- Effectively manage production yield/throughput issues related to test fixtures, programs and process, ensuring timely resolution through a solid RCCA approach.
- Optimize structural test plans by E2E yield analysis to identify SMT, PCB, and component issues earlier.
- Collaborate with CMs, tester vendors, and fixture manufacturers, providing detailed DFM guidance to meet ICT requirements.
- Support production bring-up and debugging efforts.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as production SOP/checklist and, and technical support as needed
- Master degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related fields.
- 5+ years' experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing areas
- Experience in ICT development capability, HW design understanding, board debug capabilities. and structured test understanding.
