We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced ICT Capability and Adoption Lead. In this role you will be responsible for translating ICT changes into practical, user-focused artefacts such as training guides, process maps, communication packs and digital content.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver effective change management, communication approaches and adoption strategies, ensuring ICT initiatives are supported by clear messaging, targeted engagement, and alignment with business needs.
