What you will do
- Ensure coverage during the primary administrator’s absence;
- Enhance the team’s capacity to support new initiatives and address system enhancements;
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and build redundancy within the team;
- Perform audits and reporting related to HR and Finance data;
- Support small recruiting tasks and work within iCIMS;
- Build reports, make edits, and conduct system audits;
- Develop fields and workflows in iCIMS;
- Troubleshoot system issues froM/For recruiters (errors, user tickets, change requests);
- Work with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure smooth system operations.
Must haves
- +3 years of experience in iCIMS administration;
- Familiarity with HR, Recruiting and Finance processes;
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
