Responsibilities
- Lead a high‑performing team of IC Design Engineers in the end‑to‑end development of Motion Control Sensor ASICs.
- Oversee technical architecture, design development, people management, and full‑lifecycle project execution.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment, responsible for all ASIC deliverables.
- Ownership extends beyond tape‑out to include customer trials, field issues, and product sustainability.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Optics, Magnetic, Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing engineers, requiring extensive interaction across engineering departments.
Qualifications
- PhD / Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years of technical management experience.
