Ideal candidate for this role will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise workflow applications using IBM Business Process Manager (IBM BPM) and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The candidate should possess strong expertise in process automation, workflow development, system integrations, and production support, with proficiency in Java, REST/SOAP services, SQL, and IBM middleware technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain business process applications using IBM BPM/BAW.
- Develop BPDs, Coaches, Coach Views, Human Services, Integration Services, Business Objects, and Toolkits.
- Integrate BPM applications with REST/SOAP APIs, IBM MQ/JMS, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Perform application deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
