Ibiza Floor Manager: Elevate Guest Experience

Soho House Ibiza is seeking a Bar Manager to lead floor operations, embody the Soho House brand, and oversee day-to-day club activities, events, and the member experience.

You will manage F&B operations, train hourly staff, ensure grooming standards, coordinate with other departments, and deliver exceptional service in a vibrant hospitality setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
