Responsibilities

• Collaborate in defining the business strategy, business plan, budgets and financial forecasts for the unit.
• Collaborate with the Product / Country Manager and Bankers in the origination of operations (pitches, Request for Proposals, price & conditions, deal’s signing and closing) and support the client during all the execution process.
• Responsible for the financial valuation, preliminary transaction price advisory and fairness opinion.
• Responsible for the presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials for use in transactions or strategic client dialogue.
• Provide a comprehensive financial advisory service to clients at top levels, delivering tailored advisory &/or financing solutions.
