IAM Engineer: Secure, Scalable Access for Crypto Platforms

Kraken is seeking an IAM engineer to own and improve our access management tooling using Okta and ConductorOne. You will push for scalable RBAC, ABAC, and JIT access, ensuring alignment with SOX, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001 across Compliance, Audit, Security, and IT teams.

You will collaborate on large cross‑functional projects, mentor junior engineers, and help onboard acquired companies into our IAM ecosystem, securing our digital infrastructure.
