We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support enterprise identity and access management initiatives within a hybrid IT environment. This role will focus on strengthening identity security, authentication controls, privileged access management, and automation of identity lifecycle processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Active Directory platforms.
- Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access Policies, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Support privileged access security, password policy enforcement, and identity governance initiatives.
- Automate user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and inactive account remediation.
