- Proactively monitor system, application, infrastructure health, and log data to identify potential issues.
- Install, configure, manage, and maintain monitoring and observability tools.
- Implement, enhance, and integrate monitoring solutions to improve operational visibility and enable proactive issue detection.
- Analyse operational data and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights and identify trends or anomalies.
- Continuously improve monitoring capabilities and operational processes.
