We are a boutique, strategy-first digital marketing agency based in Vancouver, Canada. We work with our clients to build sustainable growth through SEO, digital strategy, and marketing systems.
We are growing our internal marketing efforts and are looking for a highly structured, proactive Hybrid Virtual Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to support our internal initiatives.
This is an ongoing, part-time role (up to 10 hours per week to start).
Who This Role Is For
You are:
- Highly organized and calm under deadlines
- A strong self-problem solver (you research, test, and think before asking)
- Comfortable executing from SOPs and improving them
- Able to take an objective and independently make it happen
- Detail-oriented and structured
- A clear written communicator in English
- Available to overlap at least 4 hours between 10am–2pm PST
