Hybrid: UCaaS & CPaaS Support Engineer

Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a Videoconference Support Engineer in Mexico, Estado de México. The role requires expertise in CPaaS, Cisco Webex architecture, and the ability to troubleshoot complex delivery issues across various messaging platforms.

You will work in a hybrid modality and must be located in or willing to relocate to Querétaro, attending the office at least 3 days per week.
