Hybrid SOC Run: Intermediate Analyst – 24/7 Security Ops

CEVA Logistics in Makati operates a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) environment, monitoring alerts from SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS and endpoint security. The role involves investigating security events, triaging incidents, escalating when needed, and supporting incident response while handling service requests and updating SOC procedures.
