Hybrid Senior CSR & Client Operations Lead

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to support the CSR/account team and ensure delivery against commercial requirements. This hybrid role operates out of Mexico - MEX - Tijuana, with responsibilities spanning client relationships, quoting and financial reporting, and process improvements.
