Hybrid Senior Analyst for Pension Team

Emera is seeking a hybrid Senior Analyst in Pension Operations located in Halifax, NS. This role focuses on pension plan management and involves interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
In this position, you will support the Pension Investments team, reporting directly to the Director. Your role will encompass the management of daily operations with pension custodians, financial statement preparation, and internal controls coordination. You’ll contribute to vendor performance evaluations and lead operational due diligence processes to uphold investment governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with pension plan custodians on day-to-day operations
• Prepare and document pension fund financial statements
• Manage internal control compliance and processes
