Hybrid OTC Collections & Billing Specialist

IBM Philippines is seeking a Collections Practitioner to manage OTC tasks including masterdata, billing, invoicing, and cash applications in a fast‑paced setting. You will ensure accuracy and timely processing while maintaining strong client relationships.
